By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the greatm8 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms apply to all greatm8 platform users regardless of geographic location, even though the platform is designed primarily for users in Malaysia. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
To access the full greatm8 platform experience, users are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Registration is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice. greatm8 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through the established verification procedures.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the greatm8 support team. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a greatm8 platform user, you agree to use this service solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any unlawful activity, fraud, or system manipulation.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the greatm8 platform.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or any code that could damage the platform's systems or harm other users.
- Submitting false claims relating to transactions or rewards that did not occur.
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use your account on your behalf.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balances or unreleased rewards, at greatm8's sole discretion.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the greatm8 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and compliant with the policies of the relevant financial institution.
Deposits made via local payment methods such as internet banking (FPX), bank transfers, or e-wallets are typically credited to your account within the timeframe set by the respective service provider. greatm8 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including banks or payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification processes that may be required before a payout is approved. greatm8 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or if the required verification documents have not been submitted. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may change in accordance with the platform's current policies.
Users are not permitted to transfer account balances to other users or use the platform as an intermediary for transferring funds to third parties.

All content, logos, brand names, interface designs, software, and other materials found on the greatm8 platform are the exclusive property of greatm8 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any of these elements without prior written consent.

The greatm8 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors or game providers. greatm8 is not responsible for the policies, content, or reliability of those third-party services. Users interact with third parties at their own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Greatm8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the user's own request. Upon account closure, any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once all reviews are complete, unless the balance is linked to activity that violates these terms.

Greatm8 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
